the 3c canteen (group industry project)

the updated 3c canteen redesign strengthens the brief’s aim of creating a flexible, student-centered dining and learning hub by improving movement, acoustics, and interaction. i increased walkway space, added varied seating layouts, and introduced foldable and modular furniture to support different group sizes and activities. acoustic ceiling panels were incorporated to reduce noise levels, while new wall graphics and touchscreen pillars reinforce school identity and encourage engagement. overall, the refreshed design shifts the space from a simple canteen into a vibrant, collaborative learning café that aligns with the school’s 3cs — care, creativity, and collaboration.
